Copying Existing Fields (Generic)

Please do not edit existing fields that come with the iMedConsent program since they may be linked to a consent or educational document. You may copy an existing field and edit it as you wish for use in your own documents.

Here are the steps:

  1. Right-click on the document you wish to insert the field into or click File -> New to open a new document.

  2. Click "Edit" and the document opens. Click the "Create Field" button.

  3. The Field Creation Wizard Opens. Click the “Copy and Modify an Existing Field” radio button.

  4. Click "Next Step" and follow the instructions on the wizard. Keep clicking "Next Step" until all of the screens have been completed.
