Sharing (Shadowing) Consent and Non-Consent Forms Across Multiple Specialties

iMedConsent allows administrators to “share” procedures in multiple specialties. Administrative users can do this with individual documents or as a group.

Here are the steps for a single document:

1. Right-click on the procedure and click "Properties."

2. The Document Information box opens.
   
   



3. Click the "Categories" tab.
   
   






4. Check the Categories where you want the procedure to appear.




5. Click "Update" to save your changes.

To “share” a group of procedures, hold the shift or control key down and highlight the procedures to be shared. Right click the mouse, and select Shadow to Categories.

The next prompt will show the below Categories window from which administrative users can select the specialties where they want the documents to exist. Click Update when complete.
